We are currently seeking a caring LPN to provide exceptional care to a pediatric client in the Johnstown, Ohio area. This special client has a G-tube, trach, Ventilator and NG-tube, and the family is looking for someone who can provide top-notch care with compassion. The shifts are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

Whether you’re a brand-new nurse or a veteran nurse who needs a refresher course, BrightStar Care provides training to ensure you're ready to make a difference!
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm
Rate: $31.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
- Ensure a safe environment for the client
- Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN License in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR Certification
- 1 year of G-tube and Trach experience preferred
- NG-tube experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
