Overview
We are hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking consistent hours and meaningful, patient-focused care.
Patient Needs
- G/J-tube feedings
- BiPAP support
- Tracheostomy (trach) care
- Sensitive skin (fragrance-free care required)
- Pet-friendly home
Responsibilities
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Administer medications and tube feedings
- Perform trach care and monitor respiratory status
- Monitor and document vital signs and condition changes
- Assist with daily living activities and hygiene
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment
- Communicate with family and care team
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Pediatric, G/J-tube, BiPAP, or trach experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a home with pets
